Haibo He is currently the Robert Haas Endowed Chair Professor at the University of Rhode Island (Kingston, RI). He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Ohio University (Athens, OH) in 2006. He is now the Chief Editor of IEEE Trans. on Neural Networks and Learning Systems.

Hisao Ishibuchi is an IEEE Fellow (2014). His research interests include evolutionary multiobjective optimization, fuzzy rule-based systems and evolutionary games. He received a Best Paper Award from GECCO 2004, HIS-NCEI 2006, FUZZ-IEEE 2009, WAC 2010, SCIS ISIS 2010 and FUZZ-IEEE 2011. He is now the Chief Editor of IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine and Associative Editor of IEEE Trans. on Evolutionary Computation.

Peter Tino was a Fulbright Fellow with the NEC Research Institute, Princeton, NJ, USA, and a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Austrian Research Institute for AI, Vienna, Austria, and with Aston University, Birmingham, U.K. Since 2003, he has been with the School of Computer Science, University of Birmingham, Edgbaston, Birmingham, U.K., where he is currently a full professor.
